The Vietnam-based label proudly announced its exclusive partnership with The Sinister Initiative, the infamous imprint founded in 2017 by Niklas Kvarforth, mastermind of Sweden’s black metal act SHINING.
This alliance marks a milestone for House of Ygra, as it becomes the official distributor and licensing partner for SHINING, HØSTSOL, and COLD PROPHET across Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asia region. The Sinister Initiative, known as the spiritual home for sonic outcasts, brings with it a legacy of sonic extremity and psychological warfare, one that will now find a new vessel in Asia.
Personally handpicked by Kvarforth himself, House of Ygra is preparing to channel this “unholy trinity” through a wave of CD releases and exclusive merchandise launching this July. Fans can expect rare and official items that have, until now, remained out of reach for regional audiences.
