After a few months of running Ethos, we\u2019ve come to a point where we really need YOUR help to fully accomplish our mission \u2013 to bring the latest and greatest of the Vietnamese scene to the widest possible audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the website launch, we’ve been working hard in the backend to improve it. Most importantly, we\u2019ve been making it fully bilingual to make it more accessible for local audiences. As non-native speakers, we understand the importance of consuming content in your own language, no matter how good your English is. We\u2019re still working on it, as our translation process has been a bit slow due to not enough people working on the Vietnamese content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Besides the language, we want to be able to cover all the news, events, and amazing artists of Vietnam, no matter where they are. To do this, we need passionate people who are involved in the scene in some way \u2013 those who can write, listen, capture photos\/videos, and are eager to learn and improve their skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be clear, at this point, this wouldn\u2019t be a paid gig. We want to be totally transparent about this. Everything we do is on a volunteer basis. We put in our time and finances to be wherever we can, providing as much information as possible and covering events in a timely manner. We want whoever joins to know there\u2019s no salary yet<\/em>. However, whatever you do for Ethos Collective, we\u2019ll cover your event tickets, transport, and a snack\/drink (whatever you fancy) as a thank you for your time. Once we\u2019re able to pay our street team, we definitely will! For now, we\u2019re bootstrapping, going 100% DIY, and helping each other build something bigger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, to put it simply \u2013 you won\u2019t be paid with money just yet, but you\u2019ll get access to shows, maybe some merch, and a lot of good vibes. The application is open to all \u2013 no experience required, just a willingness to be part of the Collective and a sense of responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
