Ho Chi Minh City’s underground punk scene isn’t slowing down—even when its players are forced to. Stray Station, the high-energy punk band known for their chaotic live sets, has just released a brand-new single titled “PBPN.”
The release comes as a surprise to many, as the band had recently announced an indefinite hiatus due to one member’s unavailability. But rather than go silent, the band decided to channel their momentum in the studio environment.
“PBPN” is a tightly packed burst of frustration and urgency, staying true to the band’s raw, defiant sound. The track was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Bomb, the founder of Out The Run, a grassroots promoter collective that has been a consistent force behind the local scene’s growth and resilience.
