Formed in early 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City, Final Heaven is a modern metal band built on the foundation of guitarist Nguyễn Trí Nguyên’s solo endeavor, Egangz. Initially a one-man project, Egangz released two standalone singles that drew attention not only for their technical skill but also for their raw emotional intensity. These early tracks acted as a catalyst, drawing in like-minded musicians and giving birth to what would become Final Heaven.

From the outset, the band moved with remarkable speed — writing, rehearsing, and evolving while undergoing several lineup changes. Despite the rapid pace and early shifts in personnel, the band found stability and strength in its current lineup. With Nguyen Keen taking on vocal duties and Cerrin Hendricks joining on bass guitar, Final Heaven solidified into a cohesive creative unit.

Final Heaven’s sound draws from the broad spectrum of modern metal, incorporating elements from metalcore, progressive metal, and post-hardcore, while injecting their own sense of melody and aggression. Rather than following trends, the band carves a unique sonic identity, balancing technical riffing and breakdowns with atmospheric layers and emotive vocal work.
